THE ADDRESS FOR GOOD TASTE Di Paola, Roswell, GA Tucked on Holcomb Bridge Road, Di Paolo has been quietly perfecting Northern Italian cuisine since 1995 - wood-fired, elegant, and completely unbothered by trends. I have personally been going here since 1999 and I have never been disappointed. Be sure to make a reservation because there can easily be a wait. If you want a more casual dinner, there is plenty of room at the bar and you’ll get a great view of the amazing kitchen in action. The lasagna bolognese alone is worth the reservation. My personal favorite is always the mussels for appetizer ( and they change the presentation and recipe by the season) and always always the linguine con frutti de mare.
